BOOTCAMP MAGIC MIND
On March 8, 2013 I will join the Ultimate Bootcamp from Magic Mind, to create concepts of empowerment-games for children.
For our End-game, our class Q11 created within 3 months as a team the game "Fairwell".
I was responsible for the 3D modeling department and created the Tube-Steam-room, the single-rollercoaster the EndBoss Kieran and some cages and lanterns.
To present the game for the Dutch Game Awards, I created the Box with the ticket to the creepy Steam-punk-style cursed Carnival where puzzles needed to be figured out to let Isaac find his way back to the real world.. Unfortunately the scripting part of the game couldn't be finished in time.
For my Internship in 2012, I created Wendy, a female avatar, for the company MindAffect.
It was a great pleasure to create her for further development of an application that helps people with ALS to communicate through text-to-speech chats with the patented Re-phrase technology.
I modeled her in Maya, textured with Photoshop and built the custom controlsystem in 3ds max. She has facial bones as the application was built in Unity3D. Blinks, emotions and speaking needed to be programmed by the programmer.
